Spring 2026 Update!
The winter was colder and more snow than previous years in the Hudson Valley but the garlic crop has been tucked under mulch. Now with a warmer March and then a cooler April the garlic crop is sure being tested in the variable Spring. The first spring fertilizer has been applied and the crop is promising to be strong and scapes will be available mid June.
Once July harvest has begun, we will update the website for online orders.
