Carpathian is an excellent tasting garlic, its flavors rich, strong, and sweet.
Originates from the Carpathian Mountains of southwest Poland. It’s produces some of the biggest garlic from the Rocambole family ranking in the top ten for average weight per bulb. Double cloves are common.
